Wheelthrown purple-stained porcelain mug in a matte white glaze. The geometric pattern is created with a tape resist technique which leaves a very tactile unglazed pattern on the surface.
This mug is a second because the glaze bubbled a tiny bit on the rim and the handle. I sanded them smooth but it is still a little visible. It is still completely food safe.
